The Chairman's Award is FIRST's most prestigious award. The award is given to the team that best exemplifies the principles of FIRST. This includes spreading the importance and excitement that can be found in science and technology to people of all ages, reaching out to those in the community, and gaining recognition for the FIRST program. The teams that win the Chairman's Awards are also seen as role models for other FIRST teams.
Students on Team 399 share a passion for both the FIRST program and their community. With students conceiving, planning, and carrying out all of Eagle Robotics' outreach and service programs, members learn both unique skills and how important helping others really is.
